Qualifications include:
- Must be a "people person"
- Must be assertive, a self-starter and goal-oriented
- Must be coachable, positive, outgoing, ethical, and able to influence others
- Sales experience required, sales leadership a plus
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Responsibilities include connecting with prospective, current, and past clients for:
- Home Insurance
- Auto Insurance
- Renters Insurance
- Specialty Insurance (Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle, RV)

Prior Sales Experience.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
