We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This hybrid remote role offers $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) plus commission, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, providing customized insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License is not required. Licensing assistance is available.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate sales and CRM systems
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Prepare and present quotes for auto, home, life, and additional insurance policies
  • Close sales and cross-sell policies by identifying customer needs for added protection
  • Provide top-tier customer service, guiding clients through policy options and coverage details
  • Stay informed on Allstate products, industry trends, and sales strategies through team training
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, tracking progress and strategizing for continued success
