We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference!

As our newest insurance sales agent you will solicit, sell, and market our insurance products to new customers. Personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance, and financial services. You will prospect, generate leads, and build relationships.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Life and Health Insurance License

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Process customer policy changes and requests
• Presents and explains insurance policy options
• Performs additional duties as assigned
