Salary Range: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, quoting software, email, etc.)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Sell auto, home, life, and/or commercial insurance products
- Prospect, quote, and close new business
- Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
- Follow up on warm leads and self-generated opportunities
- Hit activity and sales targets with confidence and consistency
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
