Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 or 7 or ChFC licenses are required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in financial advisory or a similar role.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide comprehensive insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts.

Client-Focused: Strong dedication to understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored recommendations on various financial products.

Portfolio Management: Develop and manage individual financial plans that align with customers’ future financial goals.

Product Offering: Recommend appropriate insurance and investment products tailored to customers’ needs.

Compliance: Ensure all customers communications and transactions comply with State Farm policies and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings to provide the most current information to customers.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share best practices.
