Licensing: Must possess an active California Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within a specified period.
Experience: Preferred experience in insurance sales. State Farm experience preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on client engagement.

Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that best fit their requirements.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop opportunities for sales by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Insurance Consulting: Provide informed advice on a range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance policies.
Sales Processes: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed insurance production goals and targets.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, answer questions regarding coverage, and ensure that clients receive excellent service throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Community Outreach: Participate in community events and networking activities to promote agency services and foster goodwill within the local community.
