Licensing: Must hold an active CA Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Life & Health).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales. State Farm experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Client-focused: Strong commitment to providing superior customer service and meeting client needs.
Adaptability: Ability to manage tasks in both an office and remote environment efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team setting and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other related software for managing client information.
Bilingual Spanish preferred

Policy Management: Handle the end-to-end process of policy renewals, updates, and amendments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve client questions or concerns regarding their insurance policies efficiently.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to promote customer loyalty.
Sales Objectives: Achieve personal and team sales targets by identifying potential sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
