Mobile Service Advisor Support - Sewell Ford Lincoln
The Mobile Service Advisor Support role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting mobile service operations for customers. This position assists with scheduling, customer communication, repair order processing, and preparation of materials needed for successful mobile service appointments. The role uses Ford and dealership systems to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient workflow.

Qualifications (Preferred):
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
