Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our customers, the Fleet Service Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience. You are the "face and voice" of the Sewell Fleet Management, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that every client feels informed and valued while their vehicle is in for service.

The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and possesses excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between our technicians and our customers.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and multi-line phone systems. Ability to learn industry-specific software quickly.

Work Schedule

· Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM


· Compensation: based on experience

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Greeting: Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all customers arriving for service appointments or vehicle drop-offs.

· Status Updates: Proactively communicate with customers via phone, text, or email regarding the status of their repairs, including estimated completion times and any delays.


· Appointment Management: Assist with scheduling service appointments and maintaining an organized daily flow for the service drive.


· Administrative Support: Process repair orders, and ensure all customer contact information is accurate in the system.


· Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department, and provide basic information regarding services and pricing.
