The Service Valet role involves valeting vehicles, accepting tow-ins, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, test driving vehicles, and assisting technicians. Skills & Requirements:  

High school diploma or GED 

 

Valid driver license and acceptable driving record 

 

Background and drug screening 

 

Ability to multitask 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Cleans the service and shop bay areas 

Helps track trucks and vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage 

Maintains a clean and safe service drive and shop area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. 

Drives customers to their homes or places of business or delivers vehicles to guests as needed 

Uses good judgment and safe driving skills. 

Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership team 

Cleans service waiting area 

Empties and cleans all trash receptacles 

Maintains a professional discretion 

Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor) 

Maintains a friendly attitude while providing quality customer service for guests 

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm., Flexible schedules available and occasional Saturdays
