Technical Advisor - Sewell Fleet Management 

The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Sewell Fleet Management team as a technical advisor in Ft. Worth, Texas. The technical advisor focuses on customer service to accommodate our clients’ fleet needs. Skills and Requirements: 

• Strong written and verbal communication both in English and Spanish
• Proficient in using a computer and multiline phone system 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Experience in automotive, fleet, or maintenance & service
• A desire to provide concierge level customer service at all times 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Answer inbound calls and make necessary outbound calls at our call center for client’s fleet services
• Assist with processing and updating items submitted electronically 
• Handle clients’ needs according to protocol and situations, assisting in locating service centers, approving maintenance and services needed, and maintaining communication through our fleet management system
