· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition.

Job Description

Were seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring creative concepts to life across multiple brands. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to think creatively and strategically, and the speed to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Youll be responsible for taking marketing campaigns from concept to completion, designing and producing the full suite of collateral that supports them. From digital ads and print materials to signage, social media assets, and more, youll help ensure every project reflects the Sewell standard of excellence.

What Youll Give (Responsibilities):

· Creative Execution: Design a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, signage, in-store materials, and more. Every piece should be thoughtful, polished, and on-brand.

· Campaign Development: Take marketing campaigns and build all supporting collateral from start to finish ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.

· Speed and Efficiency: Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Deadlines are tight, and precision matters.

· Brand Consistency: Maintain the visual integrity of each Sewell brand across all creative projects. Every design should reflect the professionalism and quality our name represents.

· Collaboration Across Teams: Work with various managers and department leaders to understand goals, interpret feedback, and deliver designs that meet both creative and business objectives.

· Creative Problem-Solving: Think strategically to find design solutions that communicate effectively while upholding Sewells standards for excellence and style.
