Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Drive Flow:
o Direct and manage the movement of vehicles through the service drive to avoid congestion and delays.
o Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely processing and movement of customer vehicles.
2. Dispatch Drivers & Assign Tasks:
o Assign specific tasks to porters, valets, and shuttle drivers in a timely and organized manner that will help keep the drive flowing.
o Monitor staff performance and adjust assignments as needed to meet service volume and priorities.
3. Lot Organization & Vehicle Management:
o Maintain an orderly and accessible vehicle lot, ensuring cars are parked correccty, retrieved, and moved as needed
o Track vehicle locations and maintain clear communication with service team
4. Key Management & Machine Oversight:
o Oversee the use and organization of the keyper/key machine system.
o Ensure all keys are properly logged, secured, and accessible to authorized personnel only.
5. Customer Service & Experience:
o Greet and welcome all customers promptly with professionalism and warmth.
o Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback resolving issues efficiently or escalating as needed.
o Ensure the customer waiting area and drive are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
