In this role, the individual will provide administrative and operational support while assisting with accounting tasks such as balancing accounts and processing financial transactions. Strong communication skills are essential, as this person will assist the Fleet Sales Manager and their team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently on a daily basis. Requirements

Skills & Requirements:  


  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 1-year of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Completion of drug screening and background screening 
  • Provide all government I-9 requirements 
Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:  


  • Manage the executive's daily calendar 
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Provide administrative support to management team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 
  • Review of accounting schedules
  • Maintain detailed records of outstanding receivables/payables 
  • Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts receivable/payable records 
  • Ensure the accuracy of an organizations financial documents for payment and application of funds received 
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner and/or funds are received by customers per payment terms
