Sourcing Specialist - The Sewell Family of Companies
Roles & Responsibilities:
Fully remote position, part time requirement (less than 35 hours a week)
access UKG, IdealTraits, and Indeed to phone screen at least 100 candidates per week (full scale) for immediate and high-needs positions at all dealerships/campuses.
15-20 minute calls, asking questions about candidate work experiences and our "4C's Plus" fit questions.
organize any passed phone screenings to first interview with appropriate hiring manager(s).
use a daily tracking system to determine how many hours "sourcing"/finding candidates and how many phone screenings are conducted each week.
Manager and team member will have a recurring 10-minute huddle each afternoon from 4:50-5:00pm to review any candidates that we have both spoken to throughout the day/day before, any candidates that could be moved forward to a first interview, checking in on any interview progress from past interviews, and any questions/concerns that have come up throughout the day. This is to ensure that communication is consistent and that Micaela feels supported with these new expectations.
Tracking system will be updated daily during our huddle time to keep up with accuracy of information.
report out weekly staffing metrics (sourcing hours, amount of info calls, amount of interviews, next steps on interviews) each week by Friday at 5:30pm.
sit in on interviews (virtually) when appropriate to assess the quality of phone screening compared to offers given from hiring managers.
have weekly check-ins for 30-45 minutes to assess progress of goals, discuss candidate progress according to our hiring cycle, debrief on any pressing topics, and share wins/challenges throughout the week.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour break each day
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per year
