This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in retail sales support, ensuring that no two days are the same, with a leader who has grown quickly in the industry and can help you do the same. 

  

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

About Glen Sisneros:  

Glen has been in Sales for 5 ½ years, all with Sewell. He comes from the hospitality industry where he managed and ran restaurants while making sure everyone had a 5-star experience. He is the definition of a hard worker who runs out of time each day and cannot keep up with his ever-growing clientele base. Glen is looking for someone who will own his database and stay in touch with all his guests so he can focus on what’s in front of him today.  

 

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm, some Saturdays  

 

Skills & Requirements:  

High school diploma or GED 

Valid driver license and acceptable driving record 

Background and drug screening 

Ability to multitask 

Experience with administrative assistant tasks preferred  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

As Glen's assistant, many of your days will be different. Here are some common tasks you’ll experience daily/weekly: 

Locating vehicles on our lot, cleaning them, and preparing them for customer viewing and test drives 

Delivering sold vehicles to customers 

Appraising vehicle trade-ins 

Researching vehicle payoffs for customers 

Assisting with marketing and reaching new clients 

Building rapport with customers 

Supporting in retail deals  

Organizing the sales professional's guest-list of recent sales transactions  

Ensuring a memorable experience for all guests 

Following up with accessory orders
