Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a college degree.

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding clients' expectations.

Product Knowledge: Must be willing to learn and become knowledgeable of the BMW lineup and features.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage smoothly with clients and build long-term relationships.

Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their vehicle needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of BMW models, features, and benefits to effectively advise clients during the buying process.

Sales Process: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled service and support, aiming to exceed client expectations.

Follow-up: Maintain contact with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals and foster a positive work environment.
