Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with BMW vehicles.

Certification: ASE Certification is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques specific to BMW models.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex issues and provide efficient solutions.

Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality and precision in every repair task.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors.

Customer Service: Strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

Licensure: Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Perform diagnostic assessments on BMW vehicles to accurately identify and repair automotive issues.

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations, to ensure vehicle longevity and customer satisfaction.

Apply technical expertise to resolve complex issues related to electronics, engine, and transmission of BMW models.

Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to adhere to safety protocols and standards of Sewell Family of Companies.

Collaborate with team members and service advisors to discuss vehicle repair needs and provide accurate repair time estimates.

Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and BMW-specific technologies to enhance service quality.

Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and answering any questions customers may have with patience and clarity.
