Responsibilities
- You will craft and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with Sewell’s core values. This includes creating and managing programs that foster inclusivity, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging.
- You’ll develop and implement training programs across all levels, ensuring team members have the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
- Overseeing team member satisfaction surveys, you’ll turn data into actionable insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
- Working closely with team leaders, you’ll provide tailored training solutions that enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
