E.F. Outfitters is a men’s retail store rooted in the legacy of E.F. Sewell, who founded his first store in 1911. We provide a unique selection of gift and apparel items that reflect the hard work and honesty that defined E.F. Sewell’s approach to business. We currently operate in Odessa, with a second location in Midland under development.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and contributing to our store's success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a dynamic team environment, and has a knack for sales.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, including some Saturdays.
• Required to work holidays, not including Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, with the confidence to approach customers proactively.
• Ability to perform moderate lifting as needed for inventory management and external events.

What You’ll Give (Responsibilities):

1. Sales Performance: Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that fit their lifestyle.
2. Customer Service: Ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued, leaving the store with a positive impression.
3. Store Operations: Assist with daily store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
4. Product Recommendations: Work with the store manager to suggest new products or brands that align with our customer base.
