Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales and management roles, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the aptitude to inspire and guide a sales team towards success.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in managing sales operations, inventory, and customer interactions.

Availability: Must be able to work on-site at our Midland, Texas location on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure outstanding service and foster brand loyalty.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
