We are currently seeking a licensed and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and agency network.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the district office and the network of agency owners and their teams. This position involves providing a wide range of administrative and operational support. Youll be a dependable resource for agency staff, helping ensure they have the tools, information, and guidance needed to effectively run their businesses and deliver high-value insurance products to clients.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (Life & Health license a plus)
• 13 years of administrative or office support experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail
• Professional demeanor, dependability, and a positive attitude

• Assist with coordinating meetings, training sessions, and events
• Support onboarding and licensing documentation for new agents
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and reporting
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office communications
• Provide general administrative support to district leadership and the office team
