• Property & Casualty License (required before start date)

• Life & Health License within the first 6 months

• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Sales Producer, your primary role is to generate new business and help clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities include:


  • Quoting and selling Auto, Home, Renters, Life insurance, and more
  • Converting leads into new policies
  • Following up with prospects and quoted leads
  • Building referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and local professionals
  • Using CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups


Success in this role comes from discipline, activity, and consistent improvement.
