• 2+ years of experience in automotive finance, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong understanding of credit, lending practices, and financial products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing and lease approvals through a network of lenders
• Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
• Structure deals to balance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Accurately prepare and review all finance-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions
• Clearly explain financing terms, rates, and product benefits to customers
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and product penetration goals
