Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to fulfill client-focused responsibilities
  • Ability to assess and maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in managing relationships and delivering excellent Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is preferred but not required.
  • Multi-lingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage
  • Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy questions and service requests
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Process endorsements and policy changes
  • Support our account managers and sales team
  • Provide excellent client experience
