Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active insurance producer license is required
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Client-Focused: Dedication to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Player: Collaboration skills to work effectively with a team and build positive relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Policy Customization: Design insurance plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional coverage.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer informed guidance.
