Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and learning attitude.

Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency.

Exhibit confidence and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous sales experience preferred.

Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

Achieve new business production goals and objectives as outlined.

Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales.

Drive revenue growth by leveraging phone outreach, email communication, and client prospect lists.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, cold calling, and lead database follow-ups.
