We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our office operations and assist clients with their insurance needs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong client relationships. No prior insurance experience is required, but 1-3 years of office or administrative experience is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $18 - $20 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
