We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support our marketing and sales operations. In this role, you will generate and nurture client relationships, assist with quoting and policy management, and contribute to the overall success of our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow in the insurance industry. A State of Oregon Property/Casualty Insurance Producer license is required, while a Life/Health Insurance Producer license is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation includes a base salary of $19 - $23 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

Requirements
  • Active Oregon Property/Casualty Insurance Producer license (required)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in insurance or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Learn and utilize various insurance and office programs to support sales and client service
  • Create and maintain accurate client records and policy information
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain referral relationships to generate client leads
  • Assist with quoting and policy preparation to support the sales process
