Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications are a plus.

Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functionality.

Customer Service: Greet and assist clients both in-person and via phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Scheduling: Manage calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Documentation: Maintain and update client records accurately within our database system.

Support: Assist agents and team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office, including distribution of memos and announcements.
