Job Overview

Never has it been easier to make money with an enterprising mindset, than with our new Retail Agent Program. On day one, you will open the doors to a fully branded office with support staff and begin earning bonuses on top of regular commissions. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful; be coachable!
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty, and Life & health insurance license.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Must have the ability to work independently to solicit and produce new business and seek new business opportunities.
  • Previous insurance work experience is a plus!
  • Bilingual is a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes for prospective customers, make sales presentations, close sales effectively
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with other local professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Manage staff (minimum of two) in an in-person, office environment
  • Online marketing and outreach
  • Build relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Various advertising and marketing, online, over the phone, etc.
  • Cold call, email, and perform other lead-generating tasks
  • Opportunity to sell service and commission rights
