Requirements
  • Must possess a Property & Casualty license.
  • $100,000 in liquid capital (to ensure financial readiness for ownership and growth)
  • Life & health insurance license (preferred but not required).
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful; be coachable!
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
