Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our Farmers Insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand, generate quality leads, and support agency growth. You will work closely with the agency owner and team to identify opportunities, engage the community, and deliver campaigns that attract potential clients and retain existing ones.

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

• Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

• Connect with current and potential clients for our insurance agency owners.
• Serve as the initial point of contact, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to our agents.
• Support our marketing efforts to expand our reach.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.
• Manage online presence, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
• Plan and coordinate community outreach events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive trends.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with agency staff to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
