Our program offers a one-year, full-time mentorship under a top-performing Farmers Insurance agent. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, client service, and agency operations all while receiving expert training and support.

We'll help you get licensed, build your skills, and set you up for long-term success in the industry. After completing the program, you'll have the option to step into a lead agent role or continue growing as a top producer.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred)
  • Life & health insurance license (preferred)
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful; be coachable!
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
