The Scott Cato Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking a hardworking, driven, and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will be a trusted resource for both English and Spanish-speaking clients, helping them protect what matters most while delivering outstanding service with professionalism and care.
This position goes beyond traditional customer service. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities to better protect our clients by educating them on additional insurance products and coverage options that fit their needs. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Comfortable discussing insurance products and recommending solutions to clients.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer systems, office software, and phone communication.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
Assist English and Spanish-speaking clients with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage explanations, and service requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Build strong relationships with clients by creating positive and memorable customer experiences.
Review client accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and coverage options.
Educate clients on available products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
Process policy changes, renewals, and updates accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer concerns with patience and provide effective problem resolution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures and compliance standards.
