Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in management within the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on sales and operations.

Licensing: An active insurance license for the state of Illinois is highly recommended.

Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with both the team and clients.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
