• Providing personalized advice and guidance to clients regarding their insurance options
• Handling incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries and concerns

• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance client portfolios

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong customer service abilities. Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, and active licensing in the insurance industry is a plus.
