The Personal Lines Account Executive will manage a book of personal lines accounts. The responsibilities include providing clients comprehensive annual reviews, doing online rating, providing COI’s and working with accounts on policy changes, endorsements and claims coordination. Assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts, inclusive of preparing applications to market new and renewal business
Addressing all service and billing requests with clients, underwriters, or brokers
Complete account reviews on existing clients to determine if additional insurance should be solicited
Actively solicit additional coverage opportunities through rounding existing accounts
Provide prompt, efficient and high quality service to customers
Process endorsements, policy changes and verify accuracy
Prepare COI’s and Schedules of Insurance and distribute accordingly
Oversee Personal Lines CSRs
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Generating insurance quotes.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
