Salary Range: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

As Customer Care Specialist you would:
Answer calls
Assist customers with questions
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Take premium payments from customers.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Work independently and as part of a team.
