This position begins with hourly pay, plus commission and upon a 90 day review, can be adjusted to salary plus commission. Potential earnings are up to you!

Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering personalized solutions.
  • Motivation: A proactive attitude with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on the various insurance products offered, understanding their features and benefits to effectively meet client needs.
  • Cold Calling: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other outreach methods, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive efforts and relationship-building techniques.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to strategize on ways to increase agency growth and customer satisfaction.
