Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma
• Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• A successful candidate is required to obtain property & casualty insurance licenses within agreed time of hiring offer (30 Days) & life license (90 days from original hire date)

• Assist with customer interactions
• Help with billing issues and policy transactions
• Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews
• Other items to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Cross-sell while assisting current customers
• Follow up with customers after sales to complete the sales process
