We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy and successful insurance office. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing people, processes, and performance standards.

You'll work directly with Tim and his leadership team, playing a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and helping maintain the elite standard the agency is known for.

Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

• 3+ years of office management or operations experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, and office software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Property & Casualty license, Life, Accident & Health a plus
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence

• Lead and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Provide support and oversight to the customer service and sales teams
• Assist in onboarding, training, and performance tracking for team members
• Ensure agency systems, CRM data, compliance documents, and licensing are up to date
• Handle administrative support for the agency owner
• Maintain a positive, professional office culture rooted in accountability and service
• Act as a liaison between the team and agency leadership to drive results
