Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Proven sales experience is a strong plus
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to be coached and held accountable
• Ability to thrive in a results-driven team environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Must complete assessment to be considered for role
• Spanish speaker preferred not required

• Identify and develop new customer relationships through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and walk-ins
• Educate potential clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to meet their needs
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and activity metrics
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up systems in the CRM
• Cross-sell other insurance lines and promote additional products and services
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay sharp and informed
