Mon-Fri Schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Customer service or office experience required (insurance experience a plus)
• Must be organized, dependable, and a self-starter
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with computers and office software
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain a California Property & Casualty license

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Educate clients about insurance products and coverages
• Assist with quotes, applications, and renewals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support agency sales efforts and meet team goals
