• Active Life insurance license required
• P&C license is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly recommended
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in-office with the option for hybrid after training

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and in person
• Manage administrative and policy service tasks
• Support the sales process by identifying client needs and offering appropriate insurance products
• Maintain accurate client records and handle policy documentation
• Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance guidelines and industry regulations
• Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced office environment
