We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Front Office & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients—providing outstanding customer service, supporting insurance agents, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish – Required
  • Completion of all online assessments is required for your resume to be considered
  • Must be willing to grow within company
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and word-processing programs
  • Team player with a professional and high-performance mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, including answering phones and greeting clients
  • Assist agents and clients by providing information and addressing inquiries
  • Review and process insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Accept and process customer payments efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure general tidiness
  • Act as a backup for other roles when needed to support the team
  • Organize and maintain confidential customer insurance files
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and internal appointments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
