We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Front Office & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients—providing outstanding customer service, supporting insurance agents, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish – Required
- Completion of all online assessments is required for your resume to be considered
- Must be willing to grow within company
- 2+ years’ experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and word-processing programs
- Team player with a professional and high-performance mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including answering phones and greeting clients
- Assist agents and clients by providing information and addressing inquiries
- Review and process insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Accept and process customer payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure general tidiness
- Act as a backup for other roles when needed to support the team
- Organize and maintain confidential customer insurance files
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and internal appointments
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
