Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required; written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate insurance software and databases.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional insurance products to existing clients to meet their evolving needs and enhance their coverage.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processes and optimal client satisfaction.
