Hands on Training

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Property and Casualty License (Must have currently)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from both English and Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and offering comprehensive insurance advice.
• Premium Calculation: Calculate insurance premiums based on client information, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial transactions.
• Policies and Claims Processing: Assist clients in understanding insurance policies and guide them through the claims process.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting client retention and loyalty.
