This position offers a minimum base salary of $40k, plus uncapped commission (ability to make over $100k) and bonus opportunities!

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer facing service role.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and policy structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Advise clients on suitable insurance policies based on their unique needs and risks.
• Develop personalized insurance plans, including property, casualty, and potentially other lines of coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients remain adequately covered as their circumstances change.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
• Assist clients with policy changes.
