Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Florida Property & Casualty License.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering client relationships.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment.

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect professionally with potential and existing commercial clients to comprehend their specific insurance needs.

Insurance Solutions: Develop and provide tailored insurance plans that align with the unique requirements of each client.

Policy Administration: Ensure accurate processing of policy documents, endorsements, and renewals in a timely manner.

Cross-selling: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that enhance client security.
